1. About us
m6drone.com is operated by ICICOSMETIC LTD, trading as M6 Drone, a company registered in England and Wales under Companies House No. 12145692, with registered address Office 6623, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at support@m6drone.com.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order. Drones must only be operated by users of an appropriate age and in line with local regulations.
4. Products
We sell consumer drones and accessories. We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or specification may occur. Product descriptions do not form a guarantee beyond your statutory rights.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your region. All prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes — the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise tax additions at checkout. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged separately. US customers: sales tax is included in displayed prices; we will notify customers if state-level tax is added in the future. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have confirmed your order.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement by email, but a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at the time you place your order, via Stripe, Shopify Payments, or the accepted card networks shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; we do not store your full card details.

9. Right of withdrawal & returns
Customers in the UK and EU have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase under consumer-protection law. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.
10. Statutory rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
- United Kingdom: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
- European Union: products benefit from the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the price you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
12. Safe and lawful use of drones
You are responsible for operating your drone safely and in full compliance with the aviation rules that apply where you fly.
- UK: register with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) where required (drones of 250g or more that are not toys) and follow the Drone and Model Aircraft Code.
- EU: comply with EASA rules and your national civil aviation authority; register as an operator and complete any required online competency tests.
You must not fly in restricted airspace, near airports, over crowds, or in any way that endangers people or property. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, and we are not liable for fines, penalties, injury, or damage resulting from unsafe or unlawful operation of a drone.
13. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and the M6 Drone brand — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our prior written permission.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to hack, scrape, overload, or otherwise misuse the Site, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, supply-chain disruption, or courier strikes.
16. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not deprive consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
17. Dispute resolution
Please contact us first at support@m6drone.com — we aim to resolve issues quickly. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UK consumers may pursue a claim through the small-claims court if needed.
18. Additional provisions for United States customers
These terms also apply to customers in the United States, subject to the following:
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection of your U.S. state of residence.
- Dispute resolution: we aim to resolve disputes informally first — please contact support@m6drone.com. Nothing in these terms requires binding arbitration or waives your right to bring an individual claim.
- Limitation period: any claim relating to an order must be brought within the period allowed by the law of your state (commonly up to four years for contract claims).
- Privacy: U.S. state privacy rights (including California CCPA/CPRA) are described in our Privacy Policy and Do Not Sell or Share page.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order applies to that order.
