Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the European Union (including France and Germany), and the United States. For other destinations, please contact us at support@m6drone.com for a quote.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders placed before 3pm GMT on a business day are usually prepared for dispatch the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery takes 5 to 10 business days within the UK and EU, and 8 to 15 business days for orders to the United States. In total, expect your order to arrive within roughly 6 to 13 business days (UK/EU) or 9 to 18 business days (US) from the time you place it.
Carriers
We ship with trusted couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, La Poste, and GLS, depending on your destination.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the UK, the EU, and the United States, with no minimum spend.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Customs & duties
For deliveries within the UK and within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. For any shipment outside the UK/EU (arranged case by case), you are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, public holidays, customs inspections, and peak periods (such as Christmas and Black Friday) can extend timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please provide accurate shipping details. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Failed delivery
If the carrier cannot deliver, your package may be held at a local depot or pickup point — please follow the carrier's instructions. Packages unclaimed after the carrier's holding period are returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or lost packages
If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos. If a package is lost in transit, we will open a claim with the carrier; once a loss is confirmed, we will replace or refund your order.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you need to change your address or cancel, contact us within 1 business day of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.

Prices and taxes
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price you see is the price you pay — no surprise tax additions at checkout. US customers: sales tax is included in displayed prices; we will notify customers if state-level tax is added in the future.
United States — delivery
Standard shipping to all U.S. states is free, with delivery in 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. We currently ship to standard U.S. residential and business addresses; we are unable to deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Lost or damaged shipments should be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date to support@m6drone.com.
