When will my order arrive?
Standard shipping is free. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from our EU warehouse. Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days for UK, France, and Germany; 8-15 business days for the US.
Do I need a smartphone or app to fly the M6?
No. The included remote has its own HD display for live preview. There's no app to download and no smartphone pairing — turn on the remote, turn on the drone, fly.
Do I need to register the drone with the authorities?
The M6 weighs under 250g. In the UK, France, Germany, and the US (recreational use), drones under 250g are exempt from registration in most cases. Always check the latest local rules with your aviation authority — CAA (UK), DGAC (FR), LBA (DE), or FAA (US) — before flying.
How long does each battery actually last?
Up to 30 minutes per battery under normal conditions (calm weather, mild temperatures). Strong wind, cold temperatures, and aggressive flying reduce flight time — that's true of all drones.
Can I fly the M6 in wind?
The M6 handles light to moderate wind well thanks to its brushless motors and electronic stabilisation. For best video quality and battery life, fly in calm conditions when possible. We don't recommend flying in winds above 25 km/h.
What's the camera quality really like?
The M6 records in true 4K Ultra HD with a 120° wide-angle lens and electronic image stabilisation. This is suitable for YouTube, Instagram, travel videos, and personal projects. It's a consumer drone — not cinema-grade gimbal-stabilised. For most everyday flying, the footage is sharp and smooth.
What if it arrives damaged or doesn't work?
Email support@m6drone.com within 48 hours of receiving the package with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. The 90-day manufacturer warranty also covers manufacturing defects.
Can I return it if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 days from receipt to return the M6 for any reason. The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Full refund processed within 14 days of receiving the returned drone. Full policy: /pages/refund-policy
Are spare parts and batteries available?
Spare propellers come included. Replacement batteries and propellers can be ordered separately — email support@m6drone.com for availability and pricing.
