Refund & Returns Policy

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, without giving any reason. This right is provided under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

How to start a return

Email us at support@m6drone.com with your order number, the product concerned, and (optionally) the reason. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Condition of returned items

To be accepted, items must be returned in their original condition: unused, complete with all accessories, manuals, free gifts, and original packaging.

• Drone batteries must be undamaged; damaged lithium batteries cannot be returned or shipped contrary to carrier rules.
• Items showing crash damage, water damage, or modifications cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. We cover return shipping for items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

Refund timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we issue your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Defective products

If your product is defective, please report it within 14 days of receipt with photos or video. We will offer a free replacement, a repair, or a full refund including return shipping.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product. We will open a claim with the carrier and replace the item at no cost to you.

Wrong item received

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item and arrange a free return of the incorrect one.

Items not eligible for return

• Items damaged by misuse or a crash.
• Items returned without their accessories or packaging (we may reduce the refund by a fair amount to reflect the lost value).

Warranty is separate from returns

After the 14-day return window, your M6 Drone is covered by a 90-day warranty. This warranty covers units that suddenly stop working due to a manufacturing or electronic fault. It does not cover physical or accidental damage such as crashes, drops, broken parts, misuse, unauthorised repairs or normal wear.

If your drone stops working within the warranty period, email us and we’ll arrange a repair or replacement.

Your statutory rights

These return and warranty terms are in addition to — and do not replace — your legal rights as a consumer under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the EU Consumer Sales Directive.

United States — returns

The 14-day return window applies to customers in all U.S. states. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error. California Civil Code §1723 notice: this refund policy is made available to California residents in accordance with applicable law.
